It was a very successful meeting, where we heard interesting updates from the EFFO funded pilot study of Patient Reported Outcome Measurement data (PROMS) across Europe, delivered by Dawn Carnes from NCOR.
The Chairs of our working groups: Regulation & Lobbying, Marketing & Communication, Research and Education, gave us an update on the status of their preliminary work. We also had a very interesting workshop on Communication and Lobbying, delivered by Miranda Ruchtie Communication Professional.
There was a very good spirit of co-operation, collaboration and positivity shown by those member associations present – indicating a thriving cross-cultural osteopathic community.
Many thanks to our Spanish Member Organisation, Federacíón Espanõla de Osteópatas, who hosted this amazing meeting with representatives from Belgium, France, Holland, Germany, Austria, Cyprus, Greece, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Slovenia, Luxemburg, UK, Israel, Canada, Portugal, Malta, Ireland and of course our great hosts from Spain.
