With our meeting in Lisbon fast approaching. Have you confirmed your booking
with us? If you haven’t there is still time but we do need to have your submitted
form before the 24 February.

Please note:
The cost per delegate of €290 is from Friday 6 to Saturday 7 March 2020, with
coffee breaks and lunch provided at the meeting.
Members dinner will be paid individually (from around €35)
If you wish to stay outside the period negotiated with the hotel (Thursday 5 March
and Friday 6 March 2020) you may be charged a different rate. You must contact

How to book your hotel room
We have negotiated a special rate of €130 for a single
occupancy room and €140 for a double room.
You will need to contact the hotel directly to book quoting
EFFO Lisbon.
